On March 27, International Theatre Day, the theater awards were announced. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Best Actor award went to Rasmus Kaljuj\u00e4rv for his role as Konrad M\u00e4gi in the production \u201cFever\u201d (Vanemuine National Theater). The production \u201cFever\u201d was created on the initiative of the Konrad M\u00e4gi Foundation, with its cooperation and support, by commissioning Priit P\u00f5ldma to write a play of the same name. The play tells the story of the friendship between Konrad M\u00e4gi and Nikolai Triik, the intertwining of their personalities, and the inner tensions and aspirations on the path of art. The second prize went to the production for Pille J\u00e4nese\u2019s artistic work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In total, \u201cFever\u201d was nominated in five categories: Priit P\u00f5ldma\u2019s play, Andres M\u00e4har\u2019s performance as Nikolai Triik, and Lena Barbara Luhse\u2019s performance as Valentina Grekova, Viktoria Martna, and Erika. Priit P\u00f5ldma\u2019s play has received much acclaim, including the Siim and Kristi Kallas Foundation Award and the Konrad M\u00e4gi Foundation Annual Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Twenty years ago, in 2005, Hendrik Toompere also won the Best Actor award for his performance as Konrad M\u00e4gi in the production \u201cK\u00fclmetava kunstniku portree\u201d (MT\u00dc R.A.A.A.M).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
