Art Museum of Estonia

8 August–13 September 1959 Exhibition of Selected Works by Konrad Mägi. Art Museum of Estonia, Tallinn

When Soviet rule was established in Estonia, many phenomena from the past were condemned, among others Konrad Mägi’s oeuvre as well. For this reason, his works were not exhibited for years. The exposition that was held in 1959 marked a broader change. Nearly 70 paintings, watercolours, and drawings from the collection of the Art Museum of Estonia and from private collections were exhibited.
