Otepää, Estonia. 1918–1920

Summer holidays at Lake Pühajärv also meant daytrips to nearby Otepää. In the paintings that he created in the area Mägi depicted both the spacious landscapes around Otepää and the small streets of the town with run-down houses, constituting a different perspective than his urban views from the later Italian period.
